The 6-speed automatic transmission is standard in the GLS and the limited version of the SUV. On the other hand the automatic transmission on the GLS model comes with the Shiftronic manual so it gives very smooth downshifting. The SUV has a completely bump-free ride with aesthetically designed interiors.

Datsun (Branding for motor vehicles exported to the US by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.) brought out the Roadster series sports cars in 1961, starting with the 1500 SP310 series. The "Fairlady 2000" SR311 was a 1967 1/2 model year introduction, and the last of the series before the advent of the Z-car series (inagurated by the Nissan S30, a.k.a. the Fairlady Z/Datsun 240Z, forerunner of the 260Z and 280Z sports cars.)

This bright yellow beauty was spotted by me while doing a grocery recon mission for an upcoming picnic/bbq this coming weekend, in the parking lot of Winco Foods in Modesto, CA on Wed., June 9, 2010.
